1.Introduction of sand making machines

working principle

The main machines of sand making  production line including the Vibrating feeder, Jaw crusher, Impact crusher, Belt conveyor, Vibrating screen ,sand making machine, sand washing machine and  the Concentrate electronic control and so on. And according to the different requirements of the clients , the the dust leaning equipments also need to be added to the production line. The big stone will be first put into the stock bin, then the vibrating feeder transports the big stones to the Jaw crusher for the rough crushing, then the big stones becomes the building stones, after that ,the building stones will be transmitted to the impact crushers for the second crushing, after the comminution of the second time, the belt conveyor will deliver the very small building stones to the sand making machine to have a deep processing, Then two specifications of sands appear, the sand meeting the needs will be sent to sand washing machine to have a wash, and the other sand  will be transported to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for the next crushing, and this forms the multi-time closed-loop circuit. After the sand wash machine, the wet sand can be dried by wind or by the dryer machine according to the need of the clients. Then final sand will be transmitted to the final sand stock. To protect the environment ,  the dust cleaning equipments should be added.
